Shipping Policy

At ALVABABY, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. If you encounter issues entering your address during checkout, please contact us.


Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in China). During peak seasons or holidays, please allow extra time for processing. Our team works diligently to ship your orders as quickly as possible.


Shipping Locations:

  • All orders are shipped directly from our Chinese warehouse
  • Delivery times to the U.S. and other international destinations may vary based on your location.
  • Sometimes we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you're located in one of these regions, please contact us before placing your order.


Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Express Shipping (orders over $49): Typically arrives in 3-10 business days.
  • Standard Shipping (orders under $49): Typically arrives in 7-12 business days. Delivery times for international orders may vary and can take 10-21 business days, depending on the destination.

    Please note: Delivery times may be impacted by factors such as weather, carrier delays, and peak service times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Customs & Duties:

  • International orders are subject to customs fees, taxes, and duties as determined by the destination country.
  • ALVABABY is not responsible for these additional charges, which are calculated based on the product value and country of import.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred during shipping.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including email address, telephone number, recipient’s name, and shipping address.
  • We recommend keeping your phone available and checking your email after placing the order, so that our customer service or courier can reach you if needed.
  • For shipments to China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), please provide the address in Chinese. Addresses in other languages may cause delivery delays.
  • For shipments to Taiwan, please include your ID number in the order notes. Rest assured, your information will be used only for delivery purposes.


Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please note that tracking updates may not be immediately available for international shipments.
