Shipping & Delivery Policy

ALVABABY usually ships from China, sometimes may ship from different warehouses in different countries. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery, please contact our Customer Service.

1. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?

Of course you can, but you need to email us the order number BEFORE shippment. If your order has not been shipped, we will change it, otherwise we can’t.


2. What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

If the orders has been shipped, then we CAN NOT cancel it.

3. When do you ship my order?

We will ship your order within 1~2days on workding days. The shipping time mentioned above will be postponed to next the Monday due to weekends.


4. How can I trace my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. You can also contact us([email protected] or [email protected]) to get the tracking number after your order is shipped afrter 2 days later.

5. How long does it take to get my order?

The shipping time depends on your order amount. If your order is over $49, we will ship via express and usually it takes 1-2 weeks to get it. Otherwise we will ship via China Post airmail and it takes 3-8 weeks to get it. Please contact us if the order does not arrive within estimated time. (Affected by force majeure, shilling will be delayed.)

6. I haven't received my items over two months, what happened?

Please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] , We will resend or refund after we have looked into it.
