Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our orders are shipped internationally and can be shipped to many countries, such as the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Finland, New Zealand, Chile, Norway, Iceland, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Turkey, Spain, Argentina, Portugal, Austria, Botswana, Ecuador, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Estonia, etc. (Countries not mentioned can contact us by email to confirm). We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery, please contact our Customer Service. 

 
1. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?

Of course you can, but you need to email us the order number BEFORE shippment.  If your order has not been shipped, we will change it, otherwise we can’t.


2. What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

If the orders has been shipped, then we CAN NOT cancel it.

 

3When do you ship my order?

We will ship your order within 1~2 days on working days.  The shipping time mentioned above will be postponed to next the Monday due to weekends.


4. How can I trace my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. You can also contact us([email protected] or [email protected]) 2 days after your order ships to get a tracking number.

 

5How long does it take to get my order?

The shipping method depends on your order amount. 
If your order is over $49, we will ship by express(such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx), which usually takes 7~10 days to receive. If your order is less than $49, we will ship via China Post airmail which take 15~20 days to
receive. Please contact us if the order does not arrive within estimated time. (Shipping may be delayed due to force majeure.)

 

6I haven't received my items over for long time, what happened?

Please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] ,  We will resend or refund after we have looked into it.
