FAQ (after order)
1. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?

Of course you can, but you need to email us the order number BEFORE shippment. If your order has not been shipped, we will change it, otherwise we can’t.

2. What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

If the orders has been shipped, then we CAN NOT cancel it.

3. What should we do if ALVABABY diapers With Problems?

We will check all the items before shipping. If you receive defective diapers on arrival or the diapers get delaminated or have broken snaps and loose elastic after using, please email us([email protected] or [email protected] ) the Order Number, pictures of the defective diapers and state the problems in details. We will resolve the problems for you as soon as possible.

4. What to do if the inserts don’t absorb the urine?

You can boil the inserts after you receive them, but please don't boil the diaper covers. Wash and dry new inserts about 5 times to increase the absorbency.

5. How to prevent or treat the rash caused by Alva cloth diaper?

Alva baby cloth diapers are more breathable than disposable diapers, and they tend to get changed more frequently, which means that most cloth diapered babies get less diaper rash, if any at all, than babies who are in disposables.

If babies in cloth diapers are not immune to diaper rash, the best way to prevent rashes is to change your baby’s diaper often – as soon as it is soiled or wet, and to give baby’s bum some “fresh air” exposure from time to time.

If you notice that your baby has developed a rash all of a sudden, it could be due to a detergent or urine residue in the diapers.

If your baby develops a rash that you suspect may be an infection or fungus, you should consult with your health care provider.

6.How to avoid Alvababy cloth diapers leaking?

Generally they don't leak. Sometimes they might leak from the leg, but they don’t leak if you adjust a right size.

Besides, if the inserts are fully absorbed, they will leak too.

You do generally have to change them more often than most people change disposables since some leave their children in disposables for 4+ hours.

You are looking at changing cloth diapers every 1.5-2 hours as a general rule of thumb.

If you would like some extra absorbency for heavy wetters, try using or adding microfiber inserts or 5-layer inserts.

We will ship your order within 1~2days on workding days. The shipping time mentioned above will be postponed to next the Monday due to weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. You can also contact us([email protected] or [email protected]) to get the tracking number after your order is shipped afrter 2 days later.

10. How long does it take to get my order?

The shipping time depends on your order amount. If your order is over $49, we will ship via express and usually it takes 1-2 weeks to get it. Otherwise we will ship via China Post airmail and it takes 3-8 weeks to get it. Please contact us if the order does not arrive within estimated time.
